PLACE AN ORDER
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal (Express Checkout). All payments are processed securely.
Is the payment secure? +
Yes. Checkout takes place on a secure SSL page. The data is encrypted and sent to the payment gateway for authorization. We do not store your card details on our servers.
Can I change or cancel an order? +
If your order hasn't been prepared for shipment yet, we can try to modify or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and request.
ORDER DELIVERY
When will my order be processed? +
We process orders Mon–Fri within 1–2 business days . Additional processing time may be required during holidays. We do not ship on weekends.
What are the shipping times? +
Delivery typically takes 8–14 days . You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your package leaves.
How can I track my order? +
Once your order ships, we'll email you your tracking number . If you don't receive it within 5 business days of payment, please contact us. Note: Tracking updates can take 24–72 hours.
Do you ship internationally? Are there any customs fees ?
We ship primarily to Italy, but if you're located outside of Italy, please contact us before purchasing.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
How can I return an item? +
You have 14 days from receipt to request a return. Please contact us with your order number and reason. The product must be in its original condition with its packaging intact. We will send you instructions. Except for defective items, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Defective/wrong/damaged item: what should I do ?
Contact us within 7 days of arrival with a photo of the problem and your order number. We'll assist you with a replacement or refund according to our policy.
How long does the refund process take?
Once your return is received, it takes up to 7 business days to process. We'll send you a confirmation email; depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 days for the credit to appear.

How do you use Relevive Aura™ ?
Wear the band on your hand/wrist, select the compression intensity , and set your preferred heat . 10–15 minutes per session is all it takes.
Battery and charging +
It charges in about 2 hours via USB-C and offers up to 20 minutes of continuous use per session.
Contraindications / Safety +
Use on clean, intact skin. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, have a medical condition, or have an injury, consult your doctor before use. This product is not a substitute for medical advice.
